You can pick this up at the City Office Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EAGLE LAKE CITY OFFICE HAS MOVED The Eagle Lake City Office has moved to 213 Parkway Avenue. We are located on the east side of the Olson Chiropractic Building. Please use the separate entrance on the east side of the building when visiting our office. You may continue using the payment drop box at our old location on Plainview St.
